The following documents are required:

1. A completed, signed resale tax certificate.

2. Proof of current ASID membership, industry-related state professional license, or interior design certificate.


Upon successful qualification:

  • You will work with Jay Strongwater customer service to place your order.
  • You will receive a 40% discount off USD retail price.
  • Payment is due at the time of the order. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. For orders over $10,000 USD, we will only accept wire transfer.
  • Credit cards will not be charged until your order is shipped.
  • You are responsible for all customs, taxes, duties, and shipping costs associated with the order.


Please note the following terms and restrictions:

  • If you wish to return new, unused product, you must do so within 30 days of purchase. Product can be returned by contacting customer service. All costs associated with product return are your responsibility.
  • The trade discount is non-transferable to other end-users or purchasing agents.
  • Trade discounts shall not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
  • Jay Strongwater reserves the right to discontinue the trade program at any time.
  • Orders can only be shipped in the United States from the warehouse.
